# Welcome Welcome to the official help center for AutoBuy.IO. ## What is AutoBuy.IO? AutoBuy.IO is an e-commerce platform for buying and selling digital items. Use this help center to answer any questions you may have, if you need further support please feel free to reach out to us. You can contact us via live chat here: Or on Discord here: [https://discord.autobuy.io/](https://discord.autobuy.io) # AutoBuy's Fees AutoBuy.IO is an all in one payment processing and e-commerce solution. Whether you are selling digital goods, game items, or even software, AutoBuy gives you a platform to accept payments, send out orders, manage support tickets, and more. On top of any fees that the payment processor (PayPal or Stripe) may have, AutoBuy.IO also has a flat **3% fee** on transactions. This is withdrawn automatically and can be viewed on a seller's order details. The table below breaks down any fees on AutoBuy. | Processor | Fees | | -------------- | ------------------- | | PayPal | 3% + gateway fees. | | Stripe | 3% + gateway fees. | | Cryptocurrency | 3% + handling fees. | *Please Note: While we move our systems to another cryptocurrency partner Bitcoin withdrawals will have a fee of 0.0004 BTC. We do not have an eta on when this will be complete.* # Contacting a seller There are many different reasons you may need to contact a seller, and AutoBuy has a few different ways of doing so. Every shop has a **help desk.** You can create a ticket here to contact the seller. You can join their Discord and contact the seller from there if they have it enabled.

This will look like a little chat bubble in the corner of the shop page. You can use this option to receive live chat support from the shop. ![](https://autobuy.flowlu.com/files/download/739112e6-9f05-11ea-9272-fa163e7d9ee1) If you are a Shop Owner, you can enable Discord and Tawk.To in your shop settings. # Receiving a refund All payments on AutoBuy go directly to the seller, because of this AutoBuy is unable to provide assistance with refunds. All products and orders are controlled by the seller, AutoBuy is just the platform that people sell on. If you would like to receive a refund then please contact the seller via their shop page. If the payment was made via PayPal or Stripe, you'll be able to create a dispute on their platforms. However, we recommend you first contact the seller and attempt to come to a solution. If you are looking to report a shop then please contact AutoBuy with your reasoning. # Didn't receive product email Products on AutoBuy are delivered in your web browser after checkout, and also by email. If you didn't receive an email, you still should have your order details and delivered product in your webpage. If for some reason you don't have either, it is best to contact the seller by using one of their contact options on their shop page. # How to find / search for products and shops AutoBuy is not a marketplace, products and sellers are not listed or searchable. # No option to pay at checkout If you are trying to purchase something from a shop you may come across a product that doesn't have any option to pay. If you are the buyer, please contact the shop to resolve this issue. If you are the seller, all you need to do is edit the product and turn on the payment gateways.

The best way to contact a seller is by opening a ticket with the **Help Desk** on their shop page, but they may also have other support options such as **Live Chat** or **Discord** which can also be found on their shop page. # I want to apply to work at AutoBuy AutoBuy is not currently hiring. If you want, you can send your resume and qualifications to and if youare a fit we can contact you when we start hiring. # Changing shop currency AutoBuy has support for USD, EUR, GBP, AUD, and CAD. You can change the currency that your shop accepts within your shop settings. # Getting your shop link When you're logged in, you can view your shop and get your shop link by clicking Store Front on the sidebar. All shops follow this link style: **autobuy.io/@SHOPNAME** We do not currently have support for custom domains, but that feature is planned to be implemented. ![](https://1152010492-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-legacy-files/o/assets%2F-M89Mjb3PqiEkNiwzt56%2F-M9qxFCCeE2CvSkdzQev%2F-M9r5aN_WDcT_GDd4zjH%2Fimage.png?alt=media\&token=5458ef2e-18ea-4ab2-9c0a-4a0aab114050) # Blacklisting Customers To blacklist users, navigate to blacklist on your sidebar and click **Add.** Then you select the type of data you want to blacklist, **Email Address** , or **IP Address.** You enter the data in **Blocked Data** and add an **optional note**. ![](https://autobuy.flowlu.com/files/download/6295cea3-9f12-11ea-9272-fa163e7d9ee1) When a user is blacklisted and they attempt to purchase something they will be notified that they are blacklisted. ![](https://autobuy.flowlu.com/files/download/83a7b932-9f13-11ea-9272-fa163e7d9ee1) If you have been blacklisted, please contact the seller for more information. # Creating a Coupon To create a coupon, navigate to coupons on your sidebar and enter the **desired name** for the coupon code and click **create** ![](https://autobuy.flowlu.com/files/download/ce4ece3a-9f13-11ea-9272-fa163e7d9ee1) You can then select the **products** you want the coupon to be able to be used on. In order to select multiple products, **Ctrl+Click** them. ![](https://autobuy.flowlu.com/files/download/3e05d0b7-9f14-11ea-9272-fa163e7d9ee1) Then you can set the **Discount** for the coupon, and the number of max uses. To have an unlimited amount of uses, you can leave max uses at zero. ![](https://autobuy.flowlu.com/files/download/615e9835-9f14-11ea-9272-fa163e7d9ee1) Click save and your coupon will be ready to go. # Team Members **IMPORTANT** In order for you to invite someone to be a team member on your shop, they MUST have **Invites Allowed** turned on in their Account Settings at [https://autobuy.io/manage.](https://autobuy.io/Manage) When toggled on, it will look like this:

When you're ready to invite someone to be a team member on your shop, navigate to Members on your sidebar. Enter the person's AutoBuy Account email and click **Add.** ![](https://autobuy.flowlu.com/files/download/87e21110-9f16-11ea-9272-fa163e7d9ee1) If they have invites allowed turned on it will redirect you to a page to set their permissions. **Setting Permissions** You are able to control the permissions of each team member that you add to your shop.

() If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to AutoBuy Support. # Viewing Feedback **For Buyers** As a buyer you can see a shop's feedback by visiting autobuy.io/@SHOPNAME/feedback. ![](https://autobuy.flowlu.com/files/download/0605a996-9f1a-11ea-9272-fa163e7d9ee1) Clicking the Order ID will redirect you to the order details for that order so you can contact the buyer. # Product / Banner image sizes There is no "perfect" banner size/dimensions/resolution as it will change depending on the viewer's browser size. Users have found success with the following, but we don't specifically recommend these: 400 x 400 for Profile Images 468 x 90 for Banners 720 x 300 for Product Images # Linking payment gateways You can currently accept PayPal, Stripe, and Cryptocurrency on AutoBuy. We will be adding more gateways in the future.
In order to link a payment gateway to your shop, you need to visit your shop settings and toggle the payment gateway on. Your shop settings can be accessed from your sidebar, under settings > general. As a PayPal Partner, we have to require this of our sellers. If you don't have a business account, it will prompt you to switch during the connection process. It is not hard to do and only requires a couple of minutes of your time.\ \ **Connecting PayPal**\ When you enable PayPal, you just have to click Connect PayPal to begin the connection process. You can view this balance next to the corresponding coin on your balances page. Crypto currency needs to confirm on the blockchain, and this can take anywhere from a few minutes to a few hours, but it's usually pretty quick. Confirm that you withdrew to your wallet at the bottom of the balances page under "Audits" before contacting support. # I have a PayPal dispute AutoBuy has no control or say over PayPal disputes. You need to contact PayPal for any questions or concerns you have about this. # How to add stock to a product Adding stock to product depends on the product type you choose. #### Serials/Codes * List of goods that are split up by the stock delimiter that you set * Each good bought will be removed from the top of the list **Service** * Whatever is in the **Service Info** text area is what is delivered to the customer * Unlimited stock **License** * Select your project * Enter your license info, this is delivered with the license to the customer. * Manage licenses and projects at # How to create a product In order to create a product, navigate to Products on your sidebar. Scan the QR Code or enter the provided key into your two factor authenticator app. Once you have scanned the QR code or input the key above, your two factor authentication app will provide you with a unique code. Enter the code in the confirmation box. Once you enter the code, it will provide you with recovery codes. **Put these codes in a safe place -** If you lose your device and don't have the recovery codes you will lose access to your account. You now have enabled two factor authentication. # I can't access my account If you're having problems accessing your account, please contact AutoBuy support. Once terminated, a Shop/Account termination will not be reversed and the User can no longer use our service. # Embed products onto your own website Embedding products in your website is very simple.
